1. Introduction

Welcome to OG Sports Group (“OGSG”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all use of our services, including:

• sports coaching and training sessions,

• group classes, clinics, and academies,

• online programs, digital content, and remote coaching,

• bookings, payments, and participation,

• access to our website, online platforms, and communication channels.

By using our services—either in person or online—you acknowledge that you:

• have read and understood this Agreement;

• agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not accept these Terms, please refrain from using any OG Sports Group services.

2. Services Offered

OG Sports Group provides a range of sports development and training services including, but not limited to:

• Individual coaching

• Group sessions and team clinics

• Strength & conditioning

• Online training programs

• Athletic development and skills programs

• Specialist sport workshops

• Holiday camps and events

Services may evolve and change without prior notice as part of ongoing improvement.

3. Participation Requirements

To participate in OGSG coaching or training programs, you agree that:

• all information provided (including medical and emergency details) is accurate;

• you or your child are medically cleared for physical activity;

• you understand the physical demands and risks associated with sport and exercise;

• minors must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.

OGSG reserves the right to refuse participation if safety requirements, behaviour expectations, or payment conditions are not met.

4. Booking & Payments

4.1 Scheduling

All sessions—including private coaching, group classes, and online programs—must be booked through approved OGSG channels.

4.2 Payments

• Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.

• Fees for coaching, programs, or events are non-refundable unless stated under Section 7.

• OGSG may adjust pricing at any time, with changes applying to new bookings only.

4.3 Missed or Cancelled Sessions

• Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

• Missed sessions (no-shows) are non-refundable.

• OGSG is not responsible for missed online program deadlines or content access lapses.

OGSG reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to weather, facility closures, or coach availability. In such cases, a makeup session or credit will be provided.

5. Safety & Risk

Sport and physical activity involve inherent risk. By participating in OGSG services, you acknowledge and accept that:

• injuries may occur while training or playing sport;

• you participate voluntarily and at your own risk;

• OGSG coaches take reasonable precautions but cannot eliminate all risk.

OGSG, its coaches, staff, and partners are not liable for:

• personal injury,

• loss of personal property,

• accidents or incidents that occur during training, events, or travel to/from sessions,
  unless caused by proven gross negligence.

6. Online Programs & Digital Content

OGSG offers online training programs, video content, downloadable material, and digital coaching support.

6.1 Access

• Access is granted for personal, non-commercial use only.

• Sharing login details, distributing content, or duplicating material is strictly prohibited.

6.2 No Guaranteed Results

Online training outcomes vary by athlete and depend on commitment, consistency, and external factors.

OGSG does not guarantee specific performance results.

6.3 Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring suitable:

• internet connection,

• devices,

• software compatibility.

OGSG is not responsible for inability to access content due to user-side technical issues.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of sports coaching and program scheduling:

• Coaching sessions are non-refundable once delivered or booked within the cancellation window.

• Online programs are non-refundable once access is granted.

• Holiday camps, clinics, and events may offer refunds only if cancelled by OGSG.

Refund exceptions may be considered case-by-case for:

• medical injuries (with doctor’s letter),

• relocation,

• long-term illness.

OGSG reserves the right to apply administrative fees where reasonable.

8. Behaviour & Code of Conduct

To maintain a safe and positive environment:

• athletes must behave respectfully toward coaches and other participants;

• parents/guardians must support a healthy sporting culture;

• abuse, aggression, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

OGSG may suspend or terminate participation without refund in cases of misconduct.

9. Intellectual Property

All OGSG branding, logos, coaching material, training programs, video content, documents, and digital products (“Content”) remain the exclusive property of OG Sports Group.

You may NOT:

• copy, share, reproduce, or distribute OGSG content;

• create derivative works based on OGSG programs;

• use OGSG branding without written permission.

Unauthorised use constitutes intellectual property infringement.

10. External Links & Third-Party Services

Our website, online programs, or communications may include links to third-party websites or services.

OGSG does not:

• control external websites,

• endorse third-party content,

• guarantee accuracy or safety of external sources.

Use of external links is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, OGSG is not responsible for:

• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,

• data loss,

• coaching outcomes or athletic performance,

• injury or illness resulting from participation,

• personal property loss.

OGSG’s total liability will not exceed the value of the service purchased.

You participate in all training and programs at your own risk.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OG Sports Group, its directors, coaches, contractors, and staff from any:

• claims,

• losses,

• damages,

• liabilities,

• legal fees

resulting from your participation, behaviour, or breach of these Terms.

13. Privacy & Data Use

OGSG may collect personal information such as:

• names,

• contact details,

• medical information relevant to safety,

• athlete profiles,

• program progress.

Data is used solely for the purpose of providing coaching services and improving training outcomes.

We do not sell or share personal data with unrelated third parties.

14. Updates to Terms

OGSG may update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time.
Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any disputes will fall under South African jurisdiction.
